Permanent Collection

Collection One—

Collection One features three coats, a jacket, a scarf, a pair of sandals and a four-piece set of ceramics cast from J.B. Blunk originals. The garments’ archetypal silhouettes draw inspiration from vintage tailoring, and are designed to be layered and worn easily across geographies, with perennial rather than seasonal wear in mind.

The sandals and ceramics reflect a dedication to collaborating with contemporary makers and historically significant artists. Like the garments, the sandals and cups are emblematic of the minimal elegance that defines Permanent Collection. All pieces have been produced in a restrained palette using a selection of luxurious materials. While the coats and scarves were made in New York City’s Garment District, the cups were produced by Atelier Dion in Oakland, CA, and the sandals handmade by Thierry Attal in Paris, France.

The wrapping paper for Collection One was specially commissioned from London-based artist and designer, Gemma Holt.
